Following an exceptionally successful 2014, 2015 brought new records for PALFINGER. Thanks to innovations and the consistent implementation of its international strategy, the company strengthens its leading position in the global hydraulic crane market.

During 2014, PALFINGER exceeded one billion euros in sales for the first time in its history. By expanding operations beyond Europe and entering new markets, the company now holds over 30% of the global crane manufacturing market.

In June, a new generation of cranes—the PK 165.002 TEC 7—was introduced. This model combines power with an exceptional working range, designed for vehicles with a gross weight of 32 tons while remaining within the total permissible vehicle weight. The PK 165.002 TEC 7 is one ton lighter than its predecessor, the PK 150.002, while offering a 15% higher lifting moment of 125 t/m. Thanks to advanced solutions in hydraulics, electronics, and the use of high-strength steel, PALFINGER further extends its technical advantages.

Results from the first half of 2015 confirm strong growth, with sales increasing by 10.7% to €292.3 million, clearly demonstrating that the company is on the right track and that the future holds even better prospects for development.
