Bronze Medal for the Serbian Woodcutter at the World Championship

The Serbian team also participated this year in the World Motorized Woodcutting Championship, consisting of competitors from JP “Vojvodinašume”, JP “Srbijašume”, and expert teams. The team included Milan Zujić, Goran Čamagić, Marko Nešković, and Ljuban Žilić.

We had the honor of supporting them as a sponsor in a competition where speed and technique are key criteria across six different disciplines. Competing against over 150 participants from 28 countries worldwide, the Serbian team won the bronze medal in the relay race discipline.

Relay Race Results:

  1. Liechtenstein – 1,275 points, time 105.25 s
  2. Austria – 1,273 points, time 107.07 s
  3. Serbia – 1,262 points, time 97.66 s

Palfinger Serbia proudly supported the Serbian team in their victorious campaign. We congratulate them once again on winning the medal and wish them continued success in future competitions.

We would like to remind you that Serbia will host the next World Championship, exactly 50 years after the first professional chainsaw competition, which was organized in 1970 by the former SFRY and Hungary.
