Josef Leitner \u2013 the voice of customers:<\/strong>\u201cExperience means learning. It is an ongoing process in which proven solutions are refined and new ideas are tested. It is important to learn from mistakes as well \u2013 to recognize them and acknowledge them. When you gain experience, you build knowledge and grow. All of this can be seen and felt in the new GENERATION 3.\u201d <\/p>\n\n

On the influence of customers on development:<\/strong>\u201cCustomers know best what they need. That is why we talk less and listen more. We visit them at work, speak with them directly \u2013 and in this way we learn what equipment they need. GENERATION 3 delivers exactly what they asked for: reliability, durability, practicality, and an attractive appearance.\u201d <\/p>\n\n

Stefan Kopp \u2013 Development Manager:<\/strong>\u201cWithout technology, the world would not look like this. Like experience, technology also evolves on the basis of what is known and proven. State-of-the-art high-strength steels require adapted technologies. Combined with our experience in steel design, GENERATION 3 was created: more powerful, faster, with greater reach \u2013 without increasing weight.
