Diagnostic software

In order to keep pace with market challenges and continue to progress, we follow the latest digital trends. That is why we use PALDIAG – Palfinger’s advanced diagnostic software.

With this system, our specialists can adjust stability parameters (ISC, HPSC-Plus LOAD), assistance systems (P-Fold), and comfort systems (AOS, SRC, RTC, Soft Stop…). It is also possible to define load limits and working areas, adjust operating speeds, perform sensor calibration, and configure additional functions – and much more.

Thanks to the user-friendly interface, high precision, and efficiency of the PALDIAG system, the quality of our service has been further enhanced, as we can continuously adapt your crane’s performance to your specific needs and requirements.

Crane monitoring system – PALdesk

The PALdesk online system provides the data you need as a fleet manager for optimal planning of your equipment schedule and the best utilization of its capacity. You can monitor detailed information about each piece of equipment, allowing you to always know its location, operating status, and purpose. Usage statistics, current lifting capacity, maintenance intervals, and the nearest service partner are just some of the features you can track. In this way, you get an excellent basis for maximizing the utilization of your truck superstructure and crane.

Palfinger Connected

Palfinger’s PALdesk system enables seamless connectivity between the fleet manager (Fleet Monitor), the crane operator (Operating Monitor), and the service center (Service Cockpit) at all times.

With the Fleet Monitor platform, you can track your crane’s location in real time, check for any potential issues, and see when service is required based on operating hours.

As the core purpose of these digital tools is enhanced connectivity, the service center has continuous insight into the technical condition of your equipment and can notify you in a timely manner if any irregularities occur or when routine service is due. In this way, with optimized maintenance planning, your crane achieves more operating hours and higher productivity.

Additionally, the Job Planner option allows you to plan tasks in advance with precision. You can simulate working radii depending on the stabilizer positions and immediately determine which of your cranes is best suited for the load you intend to lift.
