The public enterprise Srbijašume has modernized and expanded its fleet with the delivery of four Volvo FMX 6×4 trucks equipped with forestry superstructures and two trailers for log transport, manufactured by Palfinger Serbia. The vehicles are fitted with Palfinger EPSILON M12Z83 forestry cranes, with a maximum reach of 8.3 meters, renowned for their robustness, reliability, and ease of operation. The cranes are equipped with grapple grabs and ergonomic controls, with all hydraulic installations protected within the structure.

The 6,600 mm-long forestry platforms are designed for log transport and equipped with EXTE aluminum E6 stakes, while the PSM180 forestry trailers feature SAF axles with a load capacity of 9 tons and a payload of 14,300 kg.

The superstructures and trailers were delivered by Palfinger Serbia, the official representative of the Austrian Palfinger Group, a leading global manufacturer of hydraulic cranes.

The new vehicles will be used in the forest management areas of Loznica, Kruševac, Kučevo, and Kuršumlija, where they will contribute to greater efficiency and safety in timber transport.
